Same features, different look: what an anime AI girlfriend gets

Creating an anime Custom AI

1. Open Create AI and pick anime as the style.

3. Choose a personality: flirty, dominant, shy, intellectual, nurturing, or any mix.
4. Pick a voice. Anime characters have voices too, and Premium members can call them.
5. Add a location and a scenario. These steps joined the Create AI summary in late August 2026, and a kink selection step with tiered progression arrived on 20 August.
6. Start chatting. Swipey says under two minutes; in practice the hair takes the longest.

Images and video in anime

Anime images on Swipey are character-consistent in the same way realistic ones are. Ask for a selfie in chat and she sends an illustration with the same face, the same eyes and the same outfit logic as the last one. The selfies page explains the request flow; in brief, you ask in plain words and the scene follows the conversation.

Video scenes run up to 60 seconds, realistic or anime, on demand. Photo-to-video animates a still with a duration you choose, and a scene can be extended from chat. Both options shipped on 20 August 2026. Reward drops at each new relationship level add more video: a 3-card opening with Teasing, Intimate and Full Show tiers. Since 1 September 2026 any image in chat can be edited inline. Tap the pencil, describe the change, and the edited illustration keeps her consistent. Swapping a school uniform for a summer dress, or moving her from a classroom to a rooftop at night, are the kinds of edits that work well.

Generated content is private to your account by default. Since 23 September 2026 the Creator Community lets Premium members submit a Custom AI, anime included, to be published for everyone after review by the Swipey team. Once she is public, media generated for her is posted on her profile automatically, and the creator can hide individual posts. Publishing is a choice, and it is permanent: a published character cannot be made private again.

Pick anime if you want expressive, stylised visuals and you enjoy iterating on a look. Pick realistic if you want photoreal presence and selfies that read as photographs.
